You are not going to believe this.  After I left your office and was walking to my car, my knee was feeling a little better, but nothing I would call out of the ordinary.  About an hour later, WOW!!!  It was like I had a new knee.

Today I went on a bike ride just over 40 miles with several thousand feet of climbing, and the knee is still in good shape.
